Thursday October 23 East Meadow High School – 7:30
Wednesday November 5 Baldwin High School – Mandatory (Interpretation Meeting)
Wednesday December 3 East Meadow High School – 7:30
Wednesday January 14 East Meadow High School – 7:30

Thursday February 5 East Meadow High School – 7:30
Wednesday March 18 Dinner Meeting – Chateau Briand – 6:30

All officials are reminded that they must attend
4 meetings each basketball season in order to keep their NYSPHSAA certification. The board has scheduled 7 meetings.

I have made every attempt to avoid meeting dates which conflict with other organizations. But due to conflicts with religious holydays, school holidays, and unavailability of the school for meeting dates, there may be some overlaps.

We will continue the same attendance procedure as last year. Index cards will be used for attendance. No index card will be given to a member who arrives
15 minutes after the start of the meeting. You will not receive credit for the meeting if you arrive later than 15 minutes.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY SO THE MEETING CAN START ON TIME

Also you are responsible to attend 4 meetings. Last year a few officials did not fulfill the requirement and have been placed on probation.
Officiating a game the night of a meeting will NOT count as a meeting.
